I thank God for teaching me to trust in Him at all times. I just had this conversation with my son's EENT doctor, I really don't know why she suddenly share her personal sad story. Battling Fear and Anxiety - Phil. 4:6-8

I've been very fearful every since. Matatakutin ika nga. Maybe because I've felt physical pain at a very young age. Or maybe I've been raised in a family who are very anxious about tomorrow and life. But praise God that we've come to know Jesus and He is now working out that fear in my life. Last week, when I was praying and crying out my heart to God, He reminded me of Phil. 4:6-7 which says "Be anxious for nothing but in everything in prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the God of peace which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and mind in Christ Jesus". I've known this verse for a long time but still it always gives refreshing revelation everytime. After I read the verse, I told the Lord that I will make a decision not to fear but to lift up to Him every care and worry that I will encounter ... as in every care and worry. MARK 11:23-24
WHAT IS THE POWER OF PRAYER?

I suppose there are many answers to this question...

I believe that the power of prayer is first felt inside of us. Prayer is a covenant and agreement between us and GOD... A TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION. It's like someone answering a phone call when the phone has been ringing for a long time and we're wondering if maybe we should just hang up and try again another time. Then a voice answers and simply says, "I'm here. I'm listening to you." Communication has been established!

God is always ready to respond to our call. He wants to establish strong in relationship with us. It is God's deepest desire and has been hoping for... that we may learn how to fully entrust to Him everything that we care about through prayers.
