"Trust through sorrow brings triumph over sadness."

I thank God for teaching me to trust in Him at all times. I just had this conversation with my son's EENT doctor, I really don't know why she suddenly share her personal sad story. I really felt for her at that moment but she kept on telling me, "k lang yon, God has a purpose, everything happens for a reason." Imagine having 2 incident of childbirth death, ang painful di ba? Talagang there are times we forget to see our blessings pero this woman, grabe just don't know how to console her kasi parang cya pa nage-encourage sa kin kahit wala ako sa ganong status (since I have 2 wonderful kids). As a Christian, we really need not to be afraid of anything... since God is true to His Words... pag sinabi na that He will never leave us nor forsake us... hindi talaga kahit isang saglit makakalimot cya... I am so blessed because I have learned this principle to Trust in the Lord through sorrow, and yes... it will will bring triumph over our sadness.

God is so good!!! He do works in ways we cannot see... He makes a way for us!!!

Isaiah 55:8

Closing The Gaps

Integrity means never having to look over your shoulder.

Mahirap talagang maging Kristiyano. A lot of people look unto us as if di tayo marunong magkamali. Sabi nga mahirap maging righteous... But only one thing I learned in being a Christian, just learn the rules of GOD through the Bible and He will do the rest. Pag naisapuso natin ito, God will surely bless our intention to really change. Only God can change us, from glory to glory! I may not be perfect, but I am glad that God is always there to remind me to fear committing sin at higit sa lahat He taught me to hate pride, kaya kahit maliit man o malaki ang sin ko, i just dwell in the presence of GOD and immediately ask for forgiveness. The truth will set us free, we should have a habbit of pleasing God at all times... In everyting you do, do it all for the glory of GOD(Corinthians 10:31), if we know this by heart, we can never go wrong...

Remember that God is watching us, whether it be big or small sin, it is still a sin. Let us hate sin and continue to love GOD...

Battling Fear and Anxiety - Phil. 4:6-8

I've been very fearful every since. Matatakutin ika nga. Maybe because I've felt physical pain at a very young age. Or maybe I've been raised in a family who are very anxious about tomorrow and life. But praise God that we've come to know Jesus and He is now working out that fear in my life. Last week, when I was praying and crying out my heart to God, He reminded me of Phil. 4:6-7 which says "Be anxious for nothing but in everything in prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the God of peace which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and mind in Christ Jesus". I've known this verse for a long time but still it always gives refreshing revelation everytime. After I read the verse, I told the Lord that I will make a decision not to fear but to lift up to Him every care and worry that I will encounter ... as in every care and worry. The Spirit prompted me to memorize this verse by heart and declare it everyday and every time I feel that I will be worrying. It was also last week, when I received my first victory over worry. The Lord led me through my troubles in the office and comforted me that I should not worry because He knows my request. What I learned from this verse and experience is that the Lord is always looking forward for us to come to Him. Most of the time, our weaknesses will not go away until we realize to draw near to God for strength and power. I must admit that I tend to solve my own problems and not rely on the Lord. And with this verse, He thought me that "in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving" I should bring my requests to God. Whatever it may be. And He is so faithful to listen and to understand and to respond to our needs. I also realize that to fight our battles, memorizing and saying/verbalizing God's Word is a VERY powerful tool. I know of this truth before but I am not seriously doing it because of lack of time to memorize due to my busy schedule at work and at home. But God is truly good. The changes that He is doing in my life is never too late... I should say that it is on time and thank Him for that. Glory to the awesome God. And the last revelation was, Phil. 4:8 - to think good things. I learned that to battle my worrying mind, I should always think of things that are true, pure, noble, just, lovely, praiseworthy, and things that are of good report. I started thinking about true things and what struck me is God's promises. God's words are truth ... He reminded me during my time of distress that "He will never leave me nor forsake me", "He is the God who blesses His people", "He is my comfort and shelter; I should not fear"... Hallelujah...what great words and encouragement. I can never find these great words but only from God's word. So today, I encourage you to medidate His words day and night ... memorize ... and claim His promises. It will be impossible for God to remind us of HIs promises if we don't know them. So we have to know them so God can have something to remind us. God bless you.

WHAT IS THE POWER OF PRAYER?

I suppose there are many answers to this question...

I believe that the power of prayer is first felt inside of us. Prayer is a covenant and agreement between us and GOD... A TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION. It's like someone answering a phone call when the phone has been ringing for a long time and we're wondering if maybe we should just hang up and try again another time. Then a voice answers and simply says, "I'm here. I'm listening to you." Communication has been established!

God is always ready to respond to our call. He wants to establish strong in relationship with us. It is God's deepest desire and has been hoping for... that we may learn how to fully entrust to Him everything that we care about through prayers.

I believe that we experience the power of God when we are able to believe God's great ability and unlimited capability to make us overcome life's trials. It's also awesome to realize that even before we call upon Him, God is really the One Who's been reaching out for us all along... So, LET'S NEVER CEASE TO PRAY! GOD LONGS FOR IT.

GOD CARES SO MUCH ABOUT US.
